You may be able to obtain a visa on arrival (need 2 spare pages on passport, 2 passport photos(bring with you) and 4 months left before passport expires). There is also a departure tax when you leave the country. $30 per person valid for 30 days. If you intend to stay long-term you can get a Business Visa for $35 per person. Both types of visas can be renewed once you arrive at any of the local travel agents.

Cambodia Family Tours

The heat is quite intense in Cambodia. Be sure to pack sunscreen and sun hats and carry bottled water with you when you visit the sites. Our strategy was to book a hotel with a pool. We visited the sites in the morning and then spent a few hours cooling off in the pool. We headed back out in the late afternoon again.

Mosquitoes can be a problem in Cambodia. Malaria and Dengue fever are present. Consult your doctor for advice. When we traveled to Cambodia we used a strong DEET cream to protect ourselves.
